Bargain dining Tuesdays/Tuscany

At the bar, Tuscany on Clark has an ongoing M-Th special of one free appetizer per patron from 5-7pm. If one is still hungry after the free app and one might have a guest along, then two can enjoy, on tues., two for one entree dining in the dining room, as well.

Always the bargain hunter:

one bottle of Ruffino Chardonnay(very satisfiying): $24
two free appetizers: $0
one dinner salad: $3.95
one brushetta: 4.95
2 additional glasses of wine: $11

tab for two with tax and tip: 56.00

We were too full to go for the two-for-one entree after the two free apps.

A very enjoyable evening with drinks and chow for 28.00 per person.

Does anyone know if this applies to the Taylor St. Tuscany? I have never been a huge fan, but free food always tastes better.

The entree special no longer applies. I went there just for that reason a couple of tuesdays ago and was disappointed that they no longer offered that special.

The food was still good but I prefer the Taylor location.

That's odd, I was just there Tuesday, December 28, 2004. However, I see on the website that it is removed from the specials area.
They must have quit with the new year.
