We have a commercial-grade bar (countertop) pizza oven to which we are emotionally attached, and would really rather not replace. It dates to the mid-80's, when my husband worked for Red Baron one summer during college.
One of the heating coils was broken when our young son was "working" on it with a wooden spoon. Does anyone have any advice on repairing it ourselves or, in the alternative, a place where I might take it to be repaired? Many thanks.
