Maybe he was in Springfield when he made the announcement?
I hope he has the bullocks to make it top notch.

That said, if he's going to put his name on it, I'd imagine that he'll want it to be top notch.

He has somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 restaurants worldwide, each with their own executive chef or chef de cuisine . Ramsay is usually listed as "chef patron".

If you make a career of acting like an idiot, these things will happen.

Actually yes. Let me share a funny off topic story. I was an amateur road bike racer for a number of years in college. In road biking when you need to spit you can just usually tilt your head back and spit straight up or just slightly over your shoulder since you're going so fast it's not gonna land on you. Well day one of me switching to running I did just that, not even thinking and spit right in my own face. One of my more embarassing moments.Dmnkly wrote:nr706 wrote:My fantasy ... Is it possible to spit in one's own face?

What is this based on? Would you say the same thing about Robuchon or Keller?
DML wrote:I avoided Delacosta because the chef made what I considered rude comments about Chicago before the place opened (basically saying that he was dumbing down the food for us simple midwesterners) and I would avoid Ramsey's place for the same reason.
By digression, that is why I really wanted to hate the new Trump Tower. Unfortunately, I can't. As I look at it from Lake Shore Drive, I have to admit that so far it looks good in that spot.
