There are two places that we go for "breakfast" in Kenosha. LosTaquitos-a mexican dive that serves some of the best tacos el pastor we have ever had. Their other tacos are great too. Every taco is made to order(it does take a while to mince the onions and cilantro-(no mise en place here). It is at 2700 N. 22nd Street. The other place we go is Tenuta's. 50th and about a mile west of Sheridan. It is not a restaurant but rather is an italian deli and liquor store. They make good subs and in the summer by 10 they should have the BBQ up for grilled brats with the trimmings. You can pick up a variety of cold cuts, cheese, salads, breads and italian dinners that require heat. The wine selection is good and not pricey-check the 2 for 1 specials in the back.
