These look fantastic. It's hard to like American lollies once you become addicted to Spanish Chupa Chups, but these just could bring me back. Though (from the site):

I'm not sure this is true, since I've had bacon mintsand bacon taffy, and I assume some local confectioner has probably tried it before. I've also had non-candy bacon "lollipops" [so-called] at catering tastings, usually wrapped around something, or flavoring a cream cheese on whatever is being served on a stick.

Bacon Unwrapped may be the best website ever. I used to think everything goes with chocolate, but now I see bacon goes with everything too.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Lollyphile maple-bacon lollipops, though my expectations weren't high. I liked the distinct real maple syrup flavor, and the bacon blended well. On the other hand, while it pains me to say this when they cost $24 for 12 lollipops, I recommend throwing the lolly away before you finish it; the rubbery-chewy bacon chunks that got stuck in my molars were pretty gross.
