Roadhouse Bar-B-Que Sauce Demo @ Schmeisser's Meats

I don't actively promote our products on LTH, but this upcoming event could be a pretty good time. As some of you may know, we travel all over the Midwest all summer long doing demos, sampling out our sauces at the many grocery stores that carry them. So far this summer we've been to Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Minneapolis, Columbus and Canton, Ohio, as well as multiple trips up to Milwaukee and around the Chicago area.

We're only doing one demo this week leading up to The 4th of July, but it's a doozy! We'll be cooking outside of Schmeisser's Meats in Niles on Thursday, July 3rd!

For those not familiar, Schmeisser's is an outstanding butcher with a Swiss/German background. They make all their own sausages and have an in-house smokehouse where they do all their own curing. They also have a wide array of top quality beef, pork, and chicken cuts.

We'll have a small portable grill set up in front of the store, facing Milwaukee Avenue. We'll be cooking up many different sausages, and of course, Schmeisser's pride and joy, the Schmeisser Patty, a fantastically flavorful pre-made seasoned burger.

We'll be there from noon until 5pm so stop on by for some sampling and some yakking and maybe go home with a box or two of Schmeisser Patties!

Sounds like a great combo. Schmeisser's is great, and your sauce is outstanding. I'll have to see how work is going ,but I'll try to come by.

I wish I didn't have to work today, I'd have loved to come! I live in Niles and Schmeissers is my go-to place. Your staff is hilarious and quite helpful. Have a sausage on my behalf. Next year I'll ditch work.
