Lunch at La Casa de Isaac on Tues. 8/12

Post #1 - August 5th, 2008, 2:01 pmRonnie Suburban planned a similar event at CdI in July of last year and there was a lunch when CdI was awarded the GNR plaque. I asked him if he'd set up something for next Tues. However, Ronnie is swamped with some other event right now so he asked me to set it up.
If you've noted on the CdI thread, ABC-TV (Channel 7) will be sending a crew to do a taping at CdI on Aug. 12 (Tues.) from noon to 2 pm.
Isaac would like to invite anyone from the LTHF to join the festivities. There's no host for the event so attendees will be expected to share the cost.
If you're interested in joining us, please post below, with the total number in your group. Due to the size of the restaurant, we are limited to 20 seats. As such, spots are available on a first post, first served basis. Let's plan to arrive at 11:45 am before the TV crew.

Post #3 - August 5th, 2008, 4:49 pmCongrats to Isaac and Moishe! This is really great news for them and it couldn't happen to nicer people. I will absolutely try to be there but, as you mentioned, I have a crazy weekend coming up and will be absent from work for almost the rest of this week. If I can get caught up at the office on Monday and Tuesday before lunch, I will definitely be there.
GB, please put me down as tentative (+2) and if you end up needing the spaces for others who are definite, you can bump me.
