Has anyone here noticed that the Old Style Light they serve at Wrigley Field tastes awesome. Does anyone know why it tastes so good there and yuck anywhere else?

It tastes great because you are sitting in Wrigley watching the NL-leading Cubs. Your environment can improve (or hurt) so many of the things you eat or drink. It is the same reason a Ball Park "Jumbo" dog tastes amazingly good at Clark & Addison.

I agree with schenked regarding the environment influencing your perceptions of taste. Another factor might be that they probably turn their taps over more frequently than most other places serving Old Style.

I agree! Something about Wrigley Field just makes you want an Old Style but without the atmosphere, it's gross. I'm going to the Cubs/Cardinals game tomorrow - I can't wait!
