Hey, I just wanted to let everyone know about this Food and Wine pairing class that I am teaching at the end of the month. Its not really geared for connoisseurs, but is perfect for anyone looking to expand their palette or gain a greater understanding of food and wine pairing fundamentals. Should be fun!

Great wine and great food are always and forever linked together; since time immemorial, friends, families, and lovers have come together over a meal and a bottle of wine. For many wine lovers, there is nothing so satisfying as the rapport between great food and a well chosen wine pairing. We will offer you the chance to taste six different wines and discuss the range of food pairing options and possibilities for them, as well as providing you with a general framework to help guide you to the right wine for your tastes and budget in any situation.

Classes are 90 minutes and limited to the first 30 wine lovers. Attendees will receive expert wine knowledge along with a 6-pack of wine tasted during the evening and a coupon good for future purchases at Randolph Wine Cellars.
