Thanks for the tip about Sam's. I looked on line, and they don't list it as one of the brands that they carry. I haven't tried one of the brands they have, so if my search is fruitless (lemon that is), I may resort to that later...

It's really easy to make your own, and I like mine better than any I've had except the housemade at La Piazza (now closed). I think the recipe I use is attributed to Mario Batali.

I've tried making my own, also with Mario Batali's recipe, and it turned out all right. I enjoyed it much more, though, when I mixed it 50-50 with a store-bought brand. The only one I've bought so far is called Gioia Luisa. Where I live I've only seen this and maybe two other brands in the store. Does anyone have a favorite?
