It is time for all you wonderful bakers with a favorite pie recipe to put it to the test.
We are holding an Amateur Autumn Pie Competition Saturday September 27th and you have a chance at bringing home some great prizes, see below.
Everyone is welcome to attend the FREE demonstration....
1:15 - 2:15 pm Seasonal Tarts Demonstration (all are welcome) by Chef John Kraus, The French Pastry School....
Registration form must be received by Elaine Kilby by the end of day on September 21, 2008. Only the first 30 entries will be accepted for the competition.
