    $50 per person includes hors d'oeruvres, dinner, candlelight tour of encampment, music-dancing
    Evening attire required
    Period costumes encouraged

    I got the menu:

    Appetizers in Mansion at 6:00-7:00 pm:
    Chef’s Choice of 2 Hot, 2 Cold Appetizers

    Served to Tables in Tent at 7:00 pm:
    Mesculin Salad of Baby Lettuces, Fresh Vegetables and Toasted Pine Nuts,
    Served With Oriental and Ranch Dressings
    Dinner Roll Assortment in Linen Lined Baskets, Butter Cups

    Family Style Dinner Served Inside Tent at 7:00 pm:
    Roast Beef Served With Mushroom Au Jus
    Cornish Hen Halves
    Penne Pasta Served With Tomato Basil Sauce
    Garlic Mashed Potatoes
    Candied Baby Carrots


    Dessert: (Served to Each Table)
    Assorted Miniature Sweets

    Coffee Station on Separate Table by Kitchen

    Lemonade, Iced Tea, and Water Station in Tent by Kitchen


    FYI:
    The registered Reenactors for the event are served a complimentary dinner on the front lawn of the Lehmann Mansion on Saturday evening after the schedule of daytime events and prior to the Candlelight Tours of the encampment and evening of dancing.
