Best Fries I've Ever Had - NYC

Was in for business a few weeks ago staying at the London Hotel. Sidenote - it's a great hotel. Rooms are semi-suites.

Anyway, I ordered room service from Gordon Ramsey's restaurant (steak sandwich and fries). Both were great. In particular, the fries were the best I've ever had. Handcut, soft fluffy interior with a perfect browned crisp exterior. Wonderfully salted with just the right amount of sea salt. Do yourself a favor if you're in NYC and try them. Note that he has 2 restaurants in the hotel. The room service is from the lesser/cheaper one.
