This is Chef Tony Diaz of Topa Tavern & Grill, letting you know about the next event in our monthly wine dinner series. On Thursday, September 18, we will be hosting a four course dinner based on a progression of wines from the historic Penfolds Winery. Presenting the wines will be Jamie Alexander Stewart, Penfolds' American ambassador of wine education.
