The Interview Show -- Stephanie Izard on October 3

A few months ago, I posted a note letting LTHForum readers know about a talk show I host at the Hideout (1354 W. Wabansia), because I had an interview that month with Hot Doug's Doug Sohn. This month, I've got Stephanie Izard, the Top Chef winner, on the show.

Are you saying that you do a live interveiw at a bar? Is it podcaseted anywhere?

Yep, it's a live show at the Hideout every month. We do videotape it and post the video wherever we can, starting with YouTube. But come to the show!

That sounds awesome. I wish I could go but I'm heading out of town that weekend. Do keep us updated on future culinary Chicago guests and post the video somewhere!

Oh, and maybe you can ask her if she'll cook for me someday? Or more seriously, about her restaurant and when it will be opening.
