Post #1 - January 28th, 2005, 5:22 pmI usually get my fish cold smoked at Bortell Fisheries, south of Ludington, MI. There is another great place about 60 miles north in Frankfort. I need to get about 30 pounds of wild alaska salmon smoked. Is there somewhere near Chicago I can get this done? Thanks
