Good NY Times article on Bill Niman

Apparently, Bill Niman, founder of Niman Ranch meats, left the company because of changes in their protocols, and is now producing naturally raised goat. Those running the company claim the changes are minor, and that Niman's business plan wasn't making money. His goat is reported to be fabulous. It's in today's (Wednesday, October 15) New York Times.
