Courtesy of the Lovely Dining Companion, that's katakana (a form of Japanese writing usually used for transcribing foreign words) and it simply says "spicy shoyu [soy sauce]"Gypsy Boy

Post #5 - October 23rd, 2008, 11:14 amI have been buying any Tabasco product directly from the McIlhenny website because finding certain products has been hit or miss. We love their soy sauce!
