LA Times Article on how to make tofu with a simple soy milk recipe. When I was younger we instituted some progressive food policies at my college cafeteria including serving fresh prepared tofu which students were always encouraged to participate in making. I remember being awful at using the bean curd to make a nice product and have never tried since.
I am going to give this recipe a shot, it sounds pretty foolproof.
