i am seriously going to suggest that we don't know what went down. if we do that's a different story and i must have missed that in the thread, but otherwise questioning what this city does and not taking everything they do as acceptable is entirely rational.

eh, whats the big deal? If I only went to the Squeaky clean places then I would of missed out on 100's of 1,000s of good meals. Not to mention but one of the cleanest places I have ever eaten at was at the White castle on Addison. When WC's are clean, its like a giant white out.

All that being said, I dont know what the big deal is on Sun Wah anyways. The BBQ pork is gross, rubbery and stringy and whenever I tried to order it (not anymore) they do a crap job of chopping it up for me. Last time I got two pounds to make fried rice with and it was 5 extremely large chunky pieces. In fact the best thing I have ever had there was the hot pepper soy sauce.

Having worked in restaurants for years, I think you generally wouldn't want to know what goes on behind the scenes a lot of the time. Even in your favorite places.
