Rosebud Burgers - The same?

I was at Rosebud in Highland Park and I saw the burger on the menu being listed as the "famous" one they are known for (which I assume was the one at the Rosebud Steakhouse on Walton). The Highland Park one sure looked the same from the pictures I've seen of the famous one, including the fries and the pretzel bun.

What I want to know is are both burgers (and fries) the exact same thing?

I haven't been to a Rosebud other than the Schaumburg location. However the burger plate matched the picture in another thread. It was also quite good.
