The Cove - Schaumburg

I drive past The Cove on Wise Road in Schaumburg every day and about a month ago I noticed it was closed. A tarp is covering the big sign in front and I see much construction going on inside. Does anyone know who bought this place and what kind of restaurant it will become? I really used to like The Cove. Comparable to Omega but not as crowded on weekend mornings. This was our "go to" place. The Reuben soup was always amazing.
