Happy Thanksgiving, LTH

Thanks for helping me with today's (well, really, tomorrow's) dinner and all meals you've made better by teaching me about ingredients, stores, farms, techniques, places to eat, things to order, and most importantly, the fellowship to properly enjoy them all.
