Loop dining on Sunday nights

We are going to be heading to Ann Arbor and Detroit on Megabus on Sunday nightin a couple of weeks. We are scheduled to arrive in Chicago at 8:30pm and the Metra NW train leaves at 11:30PM.

That gives us three hours to kill. My gut would tell me that the best options might be Greektown or Miller Pub/Exchequer on S. Wabash. However, I was hoping that someone knew of an option somewhere between Union Station and Oglivie Station. I already called the Boston Blackies on Riverside Plaza but they are closed on Sundays.

Yes, I do know that there are options available at the two stations. I know that the Oglivie choices are Taco Bell and McDonald's. I am sure that the options at Union Station are similar.

Any ideas??

I've only been for drinks/appetizers, so I can't vouch for full dinner service, but Thai Urban Kitchen in Ogilvie is open from 5pm-10pm on Sundays. Nice atmosphere, full bar, & we've had good luck with the fried calamari and chicken satay appetizers.

Greek Town and Wabash Avenue both require walking quite a bit out of your way (a good half mile each way to the west and east, respectively). There are a few closer options.

Avec is not far from the Ogilvie Center. Its size (small) and reservations policy (none) make it a bit of a crapshoot in that you might wait a while to be seated, but later on a Sunday, I doubt it would be much of a problem. Open late seven days a week.

For delicious Chicago-style deep-dish pizza (and my personal favorite), Giordano's has locations near the train stations - at 223 W. Jackson near Union Station, and at 310 W. Randolph near the Ogilvie Center. I'm not sure about the Jackson location, but Metromix says the Randolph location is open late on Sundays. Call ahead from the train with your pizza order to avoid waiting 30-45 minutes while seated for your pizza to bake.
