    Hi,

I just talked to Kelly, these pigs are sized 12-16 pounds for a cost of $90. They are precooked to be reheated in the oven at 375-400 degrees, "Until the skin crackles."

If I were not already commited to a menu, I would surely consider doing this. Better explanation: If I only had myself to please, try holding me back.

    Regards,

About how many people can you feed with a 12-lb pig? That is, assuming they're normal people and not LTHers?

I think if you are serving an Asian style meal with other main course dishes, then this is true. If you are doing an American style of a main course and several side dishes, then 10 or less people. While in some cultures, the head would be for the honored guest to pick through. It may be more decorative curiosity here, which means your 12 pound pig has a few pounds of less edible bits to it.
