We will be flying back to Green Bay, WI from Wendover, NV next Friday afternoon, December 26th. From there, i will be coming back to Chicagoland. I do not need to rush home as I am off work until next year.

I would like to spend the weekend heading home stopping by various cheese factories and plants. I would like to stay in the eastern part of the state so the Madison area is not on the itinerary.

Union Star Cheese in Zittau, WI, near Appleton will be one of the stops. I would not mind finding another two or three stops along the way.

    Any ideas?

And here is another one. I guess I will need to grab a WI state map and see which dairies are closest to my route home. I have all day Saturaday to get home.
