Shanghai Type salads

hey folks, I wonder if anyone has recommendations for cold salads, shanghai style I should check out.

recently I've had a couple really nice little dishes at a couple different places that i gather are shanghainese - cucumber, chili, and cilantro at Ed's and peanuts, chili and cilantro at Lao Shanghai. i'm gathering that these type of dishes are a specialty of the area, but don't know that much about it wonder if folks had particular favorites to look out for.
