The guy has a ton of everything smoked. He's a smoke house too. Pork, beef, lamb.
What the heck am I supposed to do with anything smoked?
I bought pork ribs, beef of some sort, and some lamb shank all smoked..all big pieces of meat smoked.
if I just cut it and try to eat it in little pieces it's tough.
I'm guessing it needs some slow cooking......
