Maybe I can read the first post of a review then walk away, but if I start lurking I'll end up in the fridge after a while. I just had a scoop of peanut butter in fact because there's nothing else to eat here.

Checking LTH right before lunch is like violating the cardinal rule that you shouldn't go grocery shopping hungry. You'll end up having fried chicken with a side of mashed potatoes for lunch instead of a salad.
