I have been given the task of providing a cheese selection for ~200 pp in two weeks. It'll be a buffet style reception and I am going to go with a cheddar, a blue, and a brie. Nothing too fancy, but a good range. I'm going to need 2 wheels of each, does anyone have any suggestions other than Costco? I'd like to find a wholesaler but I just don't know where to look. Price is absolutely a factor.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I would also consider talking to Chuck of Chuck's BBQ. He had a wheel of blue cheese selling pieces at very reasonable prices at the holiday party. I didn't learn of this until I read the reports the next day. I suspect Chuck could be a source of wholesale cheese at reasonable prices.

Union Star Cheese will ship an order as will most producers. They are fairly reasonable.

Also, Woodman's would also be a good source.
