    So i have got this large quantity of frozen sashimi grade fish . I was wondering how do i thaw little at a time, just the amt i wanto eat, coz right now its one giant frozen chunk, and you arent suppt to refreeze after thawing so whats the solution

    I'd get a very fine-toothed saw of some sort. Or maybe call Dirk's Fishmarket and ask.
