Mild blue cheese

Does anyone have a recommendation for a blue cheese that has a very mild blue cheese taste but is still very crumbly??? Thanks.

If you have access to a Chicago Fresh Market(in the northern 'burbs) they should carry pre-packed mild bleu cheese crumbles.

otherwise; buttermilk blues are nice, possibly Maytag, not a buttermilk, (it's crumbly vs. schmeariness varies by age)
