My friend and I went to this last night and had a great time! We made our reservations for next Thursday while we were there. It was SUCH a bargain, three generous-sized courses for $25, also wine was 20% off. It's going to be an ongoing thing.
The menu changes weekly and will be posted on their website on Wednesday after Dale goes shopping. It was fun and different.
It was sold out and people were clearly there as fans of Top Chef. Sara who was also on Season 3 was a server (and is Dale's roomate).
The food was delicious!
Ok, well the salad was fine. Good, but nothing I would ever crave eating again...a refreshing salad of marinated mushrooms, asparagus and greens.
The main course was great! I could have eaten 5 pounds of the smashed cauliflower, and the root beer sauce was so interesting on the pork. Really thoughtful, yummy dish.
The dessert was HEAVEN. Peanut butter and marshmallow wonton with chocolate and peanuts. AMAZING.
The service wasn't amazing, but they were doing upscale dining in a bar that usually turns out only burgers and fries, and seemed a bit understaffed. We cut them a bit of slack in this area, as they were all good-spirited and friendly but clearly a bit overwhelmed by the crowd. We kind of looked at it as a Top Chef challenge so that amused us and made it easier to swallow!

The atmosphere in there is really nice, candles, flowers, comfortable seating, pretty tableware. It would be suitable for a date, parents or a group. We are going back as a group of 6 next week.
Here is the website. They take reservations one week in advance. They do a 7:00 and an 8:30 seating.
