    The chubs were $9.25 a pound, the smoked shrimp were $20 per pound and the salmon was $13 a pound. As usual, all were terrific.

    Plenty of nice big chubs at Kaufmann's today, $13.99/lb.

    I saw Wisconsin chubs at Jewel (Irving Park/Milwaukee) today for $10.99/lb. Only one package was left.

    I bought some about two weeks ago, though I was a bit astounded by the price.

    Chubs were available at Calumet Fisheries yesterday for just over $10.00 per pound.

    Yes too many invasive species in the lakes out competing other desirable fish. Wait till the asian carp come....chubs will be a memory like eight track tapes or Demon Dogs.
