Post #1 - February 21st, 2009, 8:03 amCan I freeze cook dried beans before going further, ie soups, baked etc. I would like to cook several varieties and freeze them in various size packages so I can go further with them.

Post #2 - February 21st, 2009, 8:29 amI freeze beans in a broth all of the time, just enough to cover them. The broth can be rinsed off when you cook them or not.
