    For reasons readily apparent to some, I am keeping this one brief...

    FARE: Shiner Bock, Labneh, and On Food and Cooking by Harold McGee.

    DRINK: Compania de Vinos Telmo Rodriguez

    REPORTER: Restaurant Reviewing in Britain

    CLASSIC: Samosas

    SOURCE: Woodhouse Chocolate

    CELLAR: Pinot Gris

    FEATURE: Sichuan Street Snacks. Recipes incl. zhong shui jiao, dan dan mian, and dou hua.

    FEATURE: Bacon. Recipes incl. the BLT sandwich, Bacon Tempura, and Stilton and Bacon Cheesecakes.

    FEATURE: Ticino, Switzerland's Italian-speaking province. Recipes incl. Minestrone, Pesci in Carpione, Cavollatte, and Torta di Pane.

    FEATURE: Australia's Country Bakeries. Personally, I am slobbering over the Lamington recipe, the Sausage Roll recipe, and the Aussie Meat Pie recipe. I fell in love with those items during my summer student exchange in the Sydney area.
