Post #1 - March 4th, 2009, 2:57 amI just returned from Australia and discovered the delight of crocodile meat. Also had kangaroo and emu. But I say croc is king. After some initial research, I can't find anyone in Chicago who serves it. Does anyone know of a place that serves it?

GNR Cajun Connection in Utica serves fried alligator.
Also, I live very close to Raw Bar but haven't been. They list online a tapas dish of alligator "With tarragon wild mushroom sauce". Mixed reviews on this place elsewhere, not much I could find on LTH.
