dinner tonight near St. Pats

High school basketball playoffs tonight at St. Pats H.S. around Grand and Austin. Need something kind of quick for dinner as the gym will fill up.

Two good games tonight for $5. cant beat it.

Pollo Campero..... Narragansett & Diversey
Bob-O-Rino subs..... 3435 N. Central Ave.
Mr. D's Shish-Kabob..... 6656 W. Diversey Ave. (773) 637-004, i think they close relatively early

Central gyros fit the bill perfectly. My runnin buddy had a lamb sammy on greek bread that was outstanding. I have never ordered such a thing, but I will next time.

Delasalle won with ease but St. Pats lost in the final two seconds to St. Ignatious. Fab game. D versus Iggys Friday.

IHSA loves to put the Catholic schools in the same locations to eliminate as many as they can.
