    I stopped a few weeks ago at the wonderful Nhu Lan. Perhaps because I was there around lunch time (I'm usually there later), they had this item, which I'd never seen before:

    It's fried rice cakes, with scrambled egg, green onion, and a soy based dipping sauce. As the title says, this is nothing less than Vietnamese style Matzah Brei. I loved it. I can't guarantee if you go there they'll have it, but I suspect earlier in the day rather than later is better.

    Wouldn't that be Vietnamese-style Maztoh brei?
