Does anyone sell mascarpone cheese by the ounce rather than in those 16oz. tubs?
I'm bringing Fig Mascarpone Focaccia as a brunch dish, but I'd like something else to go with it. I was thinking mini ham & cheese fritattas, but I wondered how to deliver them to a location 20 minutes away from the house without them getting steamy/soggy. Any opinions on this or other recipes that would be tasty for brunch that are not sweet and preferably low-carb (since I'm bringing the focaccia too) would be appreciated.
