Does anyone have experience with moograssfarms.com? They are a Wheaton CO-OP that sells raw milk and grass fed beef.

I see they sell both goat and cow milk-- something I have been looking for to use in my novice cheesemaking. Any recommendations? $14/gallon seems awfully high for goat milk, so it had better be a superior product.

The cow milk is fantastic. I do not know about their goat milk. Make sure your refrigerator is cold first. I have never made cheese. I have made creme fraiche with the cow cream. The cow cream is 87% butterfat and normal butter is 80% butterfat. In order to make luscious creme
I cut the cream in half with milk. Let me know how your cheese-making goes. What kind of cheese are you going to make?
