I had this at Graham Elliot paired with a carrot cake a few weeks back - I loved it so much on the way home I stopped at Binny's and grabbed a bottle for $35(ish).
If you like ginger - like if Reed's Ginger Ale, Ginger Ice Cream, and Ginger Chews are your thing - then it's a must try.

I've had it in two cocktails both of which were excellent.
A Japanese Ginger-Mint Julip that used it along with a Japanese single malt whisky in a twist on the mint julip at Ai Sushi on Ontario and a cocktail at the Paramount Room that mixed it with Calvados and Rosemary.

We just tried an amazing locally made, organic ginger liqueur that you MUST try if you like Canton. It's called Koval and available at Binny's (and some Sam's locations).

Second the Royal County Down, by far my favorite Whistler cocktail. Domaine du Canton comes from the same guys who did St. Germaine, aka the other best new liqueur out there. Very easy to find about a billion things to mix with them - I like a splash of Domaine in a Plymouth gimlet.
