I am a Chicagoan, who currently doesn't reside in town (For the last 13 yrs to be precise); and I am visiting in July and would like to bring back to Jax FL, some delicious beef, juice etc... so I can last a little while longer.

I know I can probably ask my fav place to supply me, as I have done in past, but does anyone know where to buy in bulk? Beef, Juice, Rolls....

My Favs are Max's, Johnnies, Mr Beef...

I get my Stuffed pizza fix from Giordanos in Orlando. Closest I can get.

Any of the above can supply beef and gravy in bulk. Just call ahead. They're used to putting together packages for large parties.

Thanks, This sounds interesting as it is more direct from supplier. Ill see if I can get over there and check it out. The one review on my web search on this, says you can watch them make the sausages etc....

Thanks for all the other replies as well. I may just get a little from Max's, as the juice is unique, some from johnnies, and see where else i stumble across.

I've picked up Johnnie's in bulk for parties. You'll just need to supply your own freeze packs.

Cool, Ill get some dry ice.

Now if they had decent rolls down here. Publix has some decent buns, that have that crusty exterior, when wet.
