    Has anyone received their coupons in the mail after mailing in the Internet coupons?

    They claim the fast-food company's grilled chicken giveaway last month was a "bait and switch" to get people to spend money at the chain.

    Bait and Switch? :roll: No one forced these people to spend a dime. They also offered a rain check for another meal. Plus it's only KFC! :lol:

    And no, I have not received my rain check coupon! Those $&%$#*@&@$!!!! :evil:

    Just got them (4) on 7/24. I was a little disappointed that they are restricted to the 8/3 – 8/17 time period only. I would have thought a 30 day period would have been nicer.

    Are you from the future?

    I got mine yesterday.

    I got mine yesterday. Whoopdee doo. I'll go for lunch since it's free and right down the street, but I could care less. I love how it says it's up to the manager what pieces you get. :roll:

    I received mine on 6/24, also good for the 8/3-17 period.

    My thought is that KFC probably hopes a bunch of us will either lose the coupons or forget about them over the next 40 days.... :?

    Given the original fiasco I suspect KFC wanted to make sure that problems with the printer or post office did not result in people getting the coupons after they had expired.

    I received mine as well.

    The original promotion was for 4 - 2 piece meals. The coupons in the mail were for just one meal.

    Maybe they are reneging on their first offer? ... or maybe more coupons are in the mail?

    Yup! The coupon software allowed you to print up to 4 coupons with different serial numbers.

    If you mailed four of those coupons in, you would get four vouchers.

    Have you received 4 vouchers?

    I did turn in 4 coupons at KFC locations and only received one voucher as of yet.

    Did you use different names? The coupons were originally one coupon per person.

    Nope. Same name and 4 coupons.

    All you had to do is go thru the print coupon process 4 times. Once you got to the fifth coupon it would say you had reached the limit of free coupons.

    Just for the record I mailed in 8 under 2 names and received 2 for each name (total 4). We have 2 computers and the system allowed us to print the 8 coupons. I guess the offer now is just for 4 per address.

    Went today to redeem one of the coupons. The 2 pieces of chicken (managers choice) was a breast (!) and a very tiny wing. We had tried the Grilled Chicken a few weeks ago and it was very dry (we did order during the off hours) but today (during prime lunch hour) it was just barely moist enough. Good seasoning mix and a touch of grilled flavor (in the seasoning?).

    While the coupon doesn't state the 2 sides were going to be managers choice, it was, and I was served mashed potatoes and coleslaw which is what I would of ordered anyway.

    Biscuit and drink. Quality 3 compartment carryout container. Just a fork, a spork would work a lot beter on the mashed and gravy.

    When we had ordered it a few weeks ago we had ordered a mixed bucket and the breaded chicken was a lot juicier than the grilled.

    I think we will stick to the breaded.

    Well I used my free coupon today. Even though it said manager’s choice, I could pick my meal. I had a breast, wing, baked beans, and cole slaw. I also got a biscuit and a drink.

    The chicken must be very healthy for you, because it had no taste. (Actually given the growth hormones they must use on the birds, maybe it isn’t that healthy…..don’t know, just assuming.)

    The baked beans were actually edible. The whole meal was definitely worth the price I paid.

    Man, their server bit the dust while I was printing my coupons, then said I had already printed them. I filled out some kind of complaint form, but never heard back. I would probably have given them away and never used them anyhow, but I guess I should check my mailbox.

    It is amazing how industrial technology has finally perfected a white meat with absolutely no flavor of its own.

    Not content with the new grilled chicken, KFC seems to be test marketing a new sandwich:

    Double Down with KFC

    The description from the horse’s mouth:

    * 2 Original Recipe Filets
    * Bacon
    * Pepper Jack Cheese
    * Swiss Cheese
    * Colonel’s Sauce

    Fried chicken as bun. Brilliant!
