Post #1 - July 15th, 2009, 3:21 pmThis is interesting. Apparently the prices for prime meat are dropping due to steakhouses not buying as much as they have in the past. Costco is specifically mentioned as one place where prime cuts that used to go to steakhouses are showing up.It is VERY important to be smart when you're doing something stupid

Post #2 - July 15th, 2009, 8:54 pmCan't comment on Prime as i am not in that demographic, however I have noticed that both Jewel and Dominick's are featuring mostly Choice cuts lately. A couple of months ago you would be hard pressed to find anything other than Select with a fancy name attached to it."I drink to make other people more interesting."

Post #3 - July 16th, 2009, 7:53 amGrilled up some prime ribeyes from Costco last night $9.99 lb for the pre cut. Buy the whole ribeye and it drops to $6.99lb...Fantastic!
