    Caputo market in Palatine had zucchini blossoms for
    $4.39 a pound today.

    These have a pinky nail sized pellet of goat cheese stuffed inside and then
    dipped in a 2 whites to 1 yoke and a splash of water then and rolled in
    bread crumbs. Fried in a half inch of 350˚ EVOO till brown
    and salted as they cooled.
