Post #1 - July 22nd, 2009, 6:57 pmmy husband and i are coming to chicago this weekend for four days. we have been looking online for restaurants to visit while we are there but would like an insiders opinion. we definitely want to go to an authentic pizza and hot dog establishment.

Search through the Great Neighborhood Restaurants thread for ideas on board favorites. In that thread, you'll find examples of restaurants where Chicago excels, especially Mexican and Thai. Chicago is really so much more than hot dogs and pizza.
