When was the last time we had a real paradigm shift in food? Get ready, because its about to happen and every top tier food company ceo is going to be scratching their heads trying to figure out what Moto has been up to with the crazy NDA's and secrecy. Its almost time to let the ticking bomb go off. Tick tock tick tock tick tock...

Cute... BTW I think Ayala is way hotter...

This reminds me that I still have not made it to Moto. The last 2 (3?) LTH dinners I had to miss. So if anyone is up for me, let me know!

Oh, and I wanted to mention that the bartender at Otom is very nice and makes awesome cocktails!

If you can figure this out, it's a bit easier.

Homaro, Sparky is in complete and absolute awe of you - and he can make ice cream on a camping trip without electricity.

Looks like they got their show...
    http://chicagoist.com/2009/10/01/more_details_of_disruptive_food_eme.php

We sat at a long, elegant table in a private room in the basement at Moto (which apparently will soon be transformed into to a TV studio for a new cooking show) and had a ten-course meal with Robert Mondavi Private Selection wine pairings.

    Thanks for sharing!

I don't really get how the car footage is related to the restaurant or
concept of "disruptive food" I'd suggest tightening up the editing and dropping most of the car footage. The going fast part was kind of slow...
My favorite shots were the slow pan time-lapses kitchen shots and the pour shot.
