Post #1 - August 3rd, 2009, 1:38 pmI received a bottle of Bliss Syrup which has been aged in whiskey barrels. It is a great product used as a sweet finishing glaze. The boosey flavor comes out fighting with the natual maple sweet. It would probobly be wonderful on french toast, but it is a little to expensive for that use. I have used it on roasted pork and brussel sprouts. just a few drops changes the whole dish. Has anyone used this product? any ideas?
