I'm a TV reporter turned cook. Note I don't say Chef. I just cook (a ton)...and love to show people how to prep easy Indian food for their families. Please look me up on http://www.indianasapplepie.com (That's Indian As Apple Pie).

You can send me a message on or through the site and sign up to be a taste tester. Basically, I am making a ton of food every day for my cookbook. You would have to taste it and then give me feedback on my site.

Yes, it's free food. No catch there. But if you don't promptly post feedback (honest/constructive) I won't use you again. But, if you can give me feeback it will help a ton with the book-writing process and recipe development.

Please look at my site and send me an email if you're interested. -Anupy

Funny, I read it as Indiana's Apple Pie. Clicking through, I was confused and a bit angry, as I really like pie. Then, I got it.

Cute blog. Best of luck with your cookbook.

    Anupy,

That was one helluva piece last month in the Sun Times:

Inhaling India's array of real food, cart by cart

Best of luck with the cookbook.
